1. What we collect
To fulfil an order, we collect your first and last name, phone number, delivery address (including city and country), and, if you choose to provide one, your email address. We also store the products and quantities in your order, and a brief note if you leave one for the courier.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to prepare, confirm by phone, and deliver your order. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately and explicitly agree to that in the future.
3. Payment data
We do not collect any payment data. Payment is cash on delivery, collected by the courier — no card numbers, bank details, or similar information ever passes through this website or our systems.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 24 months after the order date, after which the personal details on the order are anonymized while the underlying sales record is kept for accounting purposes. If you request earlier deletion, see "Your rights" below.
5. Who we share it with
Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the courier company delivering your order — that is the only third party your information is shared with. We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, at any time — see the Contact page for how to reach us. We will act on a deletion request unless we are legally required to keep the underlying order record (for example, for accounting purposes), in which case we anonymize the personal details instead.
7. Cookies
This website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. It uses one small, functional piece of stored data to remember your cart and your language preference (Albanian or English) between visits — nothing that identifies you personally, and nothing used to track you across other websites.
