1. Who operates this store

Majestiqos is an independent online retailer and the operating business behind this website. Contact details are listed on the Contact page and in the site footer.

2. Nature of the products and age restriction

Every product sold here is an accessory for heated-tobacco devices — cases, covers, chargers, cleaning tools, lanyards, and holders. This store does not sell tobacco, nicotine, or heated-tobacco devices themselves.

Because these accessories are intended for use with a tobacco product, they are restricted to buyers aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. The courier may request proof of age on delivery, and delivery may be refused if age cannot be reasonably confirmed.

3. How ordering works

Checkout requires only the information needed to fulfil your order — name, phone number, delivery address, and an optional email. Prices, discounts, and the order total are always calculated by our systems from the current, real price of each product; nothing entered by you as a price or total is ever trusted or used.

Once you submit an order, we contact you by phone to confirm the details before it is prepared for delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. We do not collect card numbers, bank details, or any other payment information through this website.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR), including any applicable taxes. The price shown on the product page and in your cart at the time you submit an order is the price you pay — a later change to a product's price does not affect an order already placed.

6. Shipping

We currently deliver to Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia. Shipping cost is €2.00 to Kosovo and €5.00 to Albania, North Macedonia, and other destinations. Typical delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on destination and courier availability. You will be contacted by phone before delivery.

7. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel an order any time before it has shipped by contacting us using the details on the Contact page. Because payment is collected on delivery, you are also free to decline an order at the door if you no longer want it, at no cost to you.

Once an order has been accepted and paid for, returns are handled case by case — contact us within 14 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was ordered.

8. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately and to fulfil orders as placed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase of a product, beyond the value of the order itself. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
